Step 1: LOI, CIS & POF 

• The LOI, CIS, and POF must come from the same company.

• POF from third parties is not accepted.

• Both the LOI and POF must be issued within the last 72 hours. 

The LOI must be on the company’s letterhead and clearly state:

• Type of product

• Quantity (monthly/annual)

• Packaging

• Port of delivery

• Delivery terms (CIF, FOB, etc.)

• Acceptable country/countries of origin

• Desired specifications

• Payment method

• Target price.  

Step 2: KYC & NCNDA

KYC / AML check:

We are required to comply with extensive legislation and therefore must verify the identity of each customer. 

NCNDA and CO issuance for verified buyers:

Being asked to sign a nondisclosure or confidentiality agreement is not a sign of mistrust — it’s simply part of doing business. In fact, NDAs are common in both business and legal settings. These agreements are among the most reliable ways to protect trade secrets and other sensitive information. 

Step 3: ICPO & Contract

• The ICPO is issued by the buyer if the CO is accepted.

• The contract is signed between the buyer and the seller.  

Step 4: Payment & Delivery 

Accepted payment methods:

• SBLC MT760

• DLC MT700

• Wire Transfer MT103

• TT 30/70

• TT 50/50. 

Delivery methods:

• Air Freight

• Sea Freight
